Jennifer Lawrence, 36, may have paid up to $30,000 for cosmetic procedures that altered the appearance of her eyes and eyebrows. Three plastic surgeons reviewed photographs of the Oscar winner and identified specific changes in her upper eyelids and brow structure. Their estimates vary on the exact cost and methods used, but all agree the results appear subtle.

Lawrence recently launched her hair care brand, Mes, and discussed her views on cosmetic surgery in an interview with The Cut published Tuesday. She confirmed she has had a breast lift and expressed a desire to get a facelift in the future. "I want to be a sexy mom," she said. "At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s, t together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my s, t together."

Dr. Samuel Golpanian, a double board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeon, told Page Six that Lawrence appears to have had an upper blepharoplasty and a lateral brow lift. He noted that older photos show drooping skin near the outer corners of her eyebrows, while recent images reveal more open eyes and visible upper eyelids. "In the more recent photos, her eyes look noticeably more open and refreshed," Golpanian said. He stated that these two procedures often complement each other.

Dr. Sean McNally, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Portland, Oregon, agreed with Golpanian's assessment. He observed that Lawrence's eyebrows are slightly asymmetrical, with the left sitting higher than the right. McNally estimated the combined cost of an upper blepharoplasty and brow lift at approximately $15,000, including surgeon and facility fees. He added that the price could reach $30,000 or more if performed by a high-end surgeon in Los Angeles or Beverly Hills.

Dr. Rozbeh Torabi, a double board-certified plastic surgeon at Elite Plastic Surgery, offered a different perspective. He said the changes could be achieved without surgery. "I would say [she possibly had a brow lift], but subtle changes can also be achieved with Botox and a small amount of filler and some lasers," Torabi said. He noted that her upper eyelids do not look surgically altered because there is only a small amount of excess skin.

Golpanian also pointed to changes in Lawrence's cheeks, which appear more sculpted in recent photos than in older images. He suggested this could be due to weight loss, potentially from GLP-1 medications, or buccal fat removal. "There’s really no way to know just by looking at pictures," he said. McNally, however, did not see much evidence of additional procedures beyond the possible eye and brow work.

None of the three surgeons has treated Lawrence personally. Their assessments are based solely on visual comparisons of her public photographs. Golpanian stated that Lawrence looks beautiful and is aging gracefully. McNally added that the results, if surgical, appear natural and refined. "The goal should always be to look like a refreshed version of yourself, not like a completely different person," he said.
